1.0 Description:
The Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) is conducting market research for a potential requirement for the delivery of Public Financial Data via Automated Programming Interface (API) to support its General Research Assistant and Content Engine (GRACE) and Advanced Unified Reporting and Organizational Research Analytics (AURORA) tools.
GRACE is an AI tool used by ARPA-H to accelerate research and development program launches and healthcare research at ARPA-H. It automates tasks, provides insights, and manages sensitive data securely. GRACE provides a chatbot like interface where users can upload sensitive documents, query research databases and ask questions in a secure environment.
AURORA is a comprehensive data management and analytics platform to facilitate data driven decision making and enable continuous process improvement for understanding of organizational performance & effectiveness. AURORA facilitates a singular data capture with all key program artifacts and documents with the ability for data to be viewed in multiple visualizations throughout the entire lifecycle of a program. AURORA securely stores data for visibility following the least privileged principle.
The anticipated NAICS Code for this effort is 518210, Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services, with a corresponding size standard of $40.0M. PSC B506, Special Studies/Analysis - Data (Other than Scientific).
