Routine equipment repairs shall be completed within 24 hours of failure. Conflicts in prioritization of routine repairs should be resolved by contractor using sound business practices and industry standards and coordination with COR as soon as reasonably possible. If the contractor determines equipment repairs cannot be accomplished during normal business hours or that repairs may warrant more extensive services, the contractor should immediately inform the COR and establish with consent of COR a date and time as to when the repair will be completed. There are approximately 10 routine repairs per month as equipment ages.

Contractor shall submit monthly status report that includes:

Details of any repairs performed during the month Any information relevant to maintaining the equipment including but not limited to identification of issues with equipment outside routine preventative maintenance or updates to OEM standards or best practices.

Reporting of Routine Repair/Service and Preventative Maintenance Upon completion of each routine repair/service, the contractor shall submit a signed Work Order to the COR. At a minimum it shall include the following:

Date and time notified Date and time of arrival Type and serial number(s) of machines(s) Time spent on repair/service Description of incident List of parts replaced; serial and model number Date and time machine is returned to operational status.

A repair will not be considered complete until the Work Order is submitted indicating repair was accomplished and verified by the COR.

Emergency Repairs. Emergency repairs include unexpected malfunction/repair (blown hydraulic seal, gear motor break down) that impair the routine operation of the incinerators and associated equipment.

Identification of emergency repairs shall be reported by the contractor to the COR immediately upon knowledge of needed repair and documented with a written Work Order. Contractor shall coordinate with COR needed action and reasonable timeline for completion of emergency repair(s). There are approximately four (4) emergency repairs per month.

Inspections include modular controlled air combustor performance compliance inspections and waste management inspections for all equipment and processes described in this section.

Bag House Maintenance: The bag house parts have a life cycle of about 4-5 years. There are two Bag Houses. Contractor shall monitor, repair as needed, and replace 500 filters / bags and cages as needed within the life cycle (typically every 4-5 years). Replacement of the bags/cages ensure we operate within the scope of our operating permit by filtering out particles from the gas stream and ensuring a clean environment. This separate Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) will be subject to funding according to the life cycle of the components needed within the particular contract year of execution. Some years this will not be needed; therefore, close coordination is required between the contractor and the Government.
