About this file
This document is a specification sheet for RF Shielded Tent procurement, detailing requirements for three high-performance RF isolation enclosures (11' x 12' or larger) engineered for EMSEC, secure testing, and laboratory-grade shielding applications.
The enclosures must feature three-layer CYBER Fabric construction with copper and silver materials, certified to MIL-STD-188-125 and IEEE 299-2006 standards, with effective frequency attenuation from low MHz to 40 GHz. They must block WiFi (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth, Cellular/5G, GPS, RFID, NFC, and general RF signals while maintaining TAA compliance and USA manufacturing origin. Each unit includes a 250 VAC/500 VDC 30A facility power filter with −100 dB attenuation, a 120 VAC/15A internal power strip with five outlets, and integrated filtered I/O interfaces including LAN 10G, HDMI, USB-A, and USB-C filters. The structural design comprises a lightweight PVC frame enabling tool-less assembly, a patented 32" × 70" magnetic door system with continuous RF seal capability, stitched seams to reduce tear propagation, adjustable Velcro tensioning straps, and a heavy-duty vinyl floor. Internal dimensions must be minimum 11' × 12' × 6.5' with external frame size of 12' × 13' × 7' or larger. Additional components include a TRIPP Lite SMART TOWER, 4" × 3' cable sleeve, and LED light kit.
