Additional responsibilities include analytical support for collecting and analyzing MWD community performance data in response to Congressional and DoD inquiries, consolidating force structure and equipment data, and preparing analysis products with graphs and charts. Program management and compliance support tasks involve tracking fiscal year funding for budget planning, developing educational materials and briefing aids, reviewing peer products, maintaining digital reference libraries and portals, monitoring taskers, and supporting key program presentations and reports. The contractor must submit weekly updates on system activities, monthly analysis products, weekly fiscal tracking reports, weekly digital reference maintenance confirmations, and a comprehensive monthly activity report by the 10th business day of each month. The contract includes a one-year base period, with the Senior Program Analyst identified as a key personnel position requiring a minimum of 5 years WDMS knowledge, 10 years government headquarters staffing experience, an active SECRET security clearance, a Common Access Card (CAC), 10 years DoD table of organization experience, and proficiency with MS Office software and web-based collaboration tools.
