1.0 ABSTRACT

The purpose of this item is for the OEM Trident Maritime Systems to perform an OEM Factory Refurbishment on Three (3ea.) Stern Ramp Winches.

QUALITY ASSURANCE REQUIREMENTS:

0. Perform all work per OEM Factory Refurbishment guidelines.

7.0STATEMENT OF WORK REQUIRED
7.1Contractor shall take receipt of items described in para 3.0 and perform the following:
7.1.1Contractor to provide all tools, equipment, labor, and services to conduct the OEM Factory Refurbishment on 3 ea. Stern Ramp winches. and to place in first class condition.
7.1.2Provide and repair Densyl Tape protective wrap on all fittings and piping of Stern Ramp Winch.
7.2Reports
7.2.1When inspection, service, and testing reveal any deficiency a condition report is to be submitted to the OMT REP with recommended repairs and parts required.
7.2.2Submit a Service Report that includes the as-released condition of the Stern Ramp winch.
7.2.3All reports and checklists are to be completed and signed by the person who carried out the inspection and maintenance work and countersigned by the Company’s representative.
7.3This work item requires maintenance and repair actions to be performed on an MSC ship critical safety item. Only original equipment manufacturer (OEM) authorized technical field service providers and-OEM parts shall be used to accomplish the requirements of this work item for this ship critical safety item including oversight and guidance on all aspects of equipment as-found condition inspection, removal, disassembly, reassembly, repairs, modifications, reinstallation, and testing as applicable.
