GRTE Router Purchase Statement of Work Specifications National Park Service Grand Teton National Park Procurement of CNC Router 4/26/2023
OBECTIVE:
GRTE is looking to purchase new CNC router for GRTE Sign Shop Operations. The router needs to have a five foot by ten foot working table. The router will be used to build large wooden destination and road signs for Grand Teton National Park. The router needs to have a vacuum table capable of working at high altitude. The router needs to have the ability to run multiple software systems including VCarve Pro. Price needs to include delivery to sign shop in Moose, CNC support Kit and startup/ training of the new machine.
Router should be Laguna Tools SmartShop PRO 2 or meets or exceeds specifications below.

Router requirements, Specifications, and salient characteristics:
· 5’ X 10’ working area (table size)
· 12HP AIR-cooled spindle
· Spindle RPM: 6,000-24,000 rpm
· 25MM Heavy Duty Linear Bearings, all Axis
· Centralized lubrication system for all axis
· 8 Position ISO 30 automatic tool changing system
· 12” gantry clearance
· 6 Zone vacuum table for work hold down, 8.6HP, 24”HG, 168CFM, 2 vacuums for 5x10 table
· 208V/ 240V 3phase power
· One piece All Steel Frame
· Servo Drive Motors for all Axis
· VCarve Pro software system
· Include 18 pc sign making tooling kit.
· CNC start-up/ training – 2 days for new machine sales
· CNC Support Kit
