About this file
This document specifies detailed requirements for Cadastral Survey Monuments for the Bureau of Land Management Colorado Region. The solicitation covers three lines of survey monuments and markers from two manufacturers (Berntsen and SurvKap), with minimum quantity requirements: Line 10 requires 350 aluminum survey monuments with 3.25" domed caps, Line 20 requires 455 aluminum survey markers for 3/4" rebar, and Line 30 requires 390 clear survey magnets. A critical requirement is that all monument/marker caps must have the BLM Cadastral logo stamped directly onto the cap, as referenced in Attachment 1. The document provides alternative product options from each manufacturer that meet the technical specifications, allowing vendors some flexibility in their proposed solutions.
