About this file
The file is a document containing photographs and descriptions of HVAC systems located in Building 32 at the Sandy Hook Unit of Gateway National Recreation Area. The images and text detail six specific HVAC components, including an oil burning boiler on the 1st floor (Zone 3), a newer air handler on the 1st floor (Zone 4), multiple air handlers in the attic (Zones 1 and 2), and condensers on the building's southside. These images appear to be supporting documentation for Solicitation Number 140P4525Q0053, which involves replacing HVAC systems in Building 32 at Fort Hancock, New Jersey. The project is being managed by the Department of the Interior National Park Service Northeast Region, with the goal of upgrading and modernizing the building's heating, ventilation, and air conditioning infrastructure.
