The SOW specifies detailed requirements for a smaller, gasoline-powered chipper weighing not more than 7,400 lbs, designed to operate in confined areas within the park's 20,000-tree landscape. Key specifications include a 145 HP engine, 17-gallon hydraulic reservoir, electronic brake system, DOT light package, and required accessories such as a 5,000 lb drag winch and infeed curtains.

The solicitation (140P2125Q0160) is a 100% small business set-aside for a firm-fixed-price contract, with quotes due by August 8, 2025, and delivery required no later than February 28, 2026.
