Also provide training on the system.

C. Existing System: NIFC has an existing campus-wide Schneider power metering system with Schneider Electric StruxureWare Power Monitoring Expert (PME) that is installed on a government owned virtual server which receives data from multiple meters on the NIFC campus. As currently configured, the Schneider system generates monthly consumption reports for all Schneider power meters on campus. Reports are saved to government’s virtual server as well as emailed to appropriate parties.

D. Compatibility: New firmware and software will be seamlessly compatible with existing equipment systems and software and shall be provided as specified.

E. Administration: Overall administration of this contract shall be by the Contracting Officer (CO). The CO will appoint a Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to manage the detailed activities of the service contract.
