Statement of Work To replace fire panel and associated pull switches and alarms and accessory equipment in the Bunkhouse at Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Titusville, FL 32780
1. Objective:
The objective of this project is to replace the existing fire panel, alarms, and pull switches and accessory equipment in the Bunkhouse facility at the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge, Titusville, FL 32781. The new system should meet all relevant federal and state safety standards and regulations, and connect to the NASA Kennedy Space Center monitoring system, ensuring the effective detection and response to fire emergencies.
2. Project Overview:
The scope of work includes the following tasks:
- Removal of the existing fire panel, alarms, and pull switches.
- Procurement of a new fire panel, alarms, and pull switches and accessory equipment that meet the required specifications and standards.
The following is an estimated list of all items to be provided and installed by the contractor along with the proper quantity of each item.

- Installation of the new fire panel, alarms, pull switches and accessory equipment in the bunkhouse.

3. Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the contractor include:
- Conducting a site visit to assess the existing system and determine the requirements for the replacement.

6. Safety and Compliance:

8. Warranty:
