Specific repair requirements involve fixing or replacing damaged parts such as the front bumper, grille, headlights, fenders, radiator, and structural supports.

The vehicle is currently inoperable and located in Norman, Oklahoma, and the contractor must tow the vehicle to their repair facility, complete all repair work within four months of contract award, and return the fully restored vehicle to Norman. The contractor's ultimate responsibility is to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition, ensuring full operational functionality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards.
