Statement of Work For Carson City District Uninterrupted Power Supply

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES: Provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to Perform annul service MGE Galaxy 3000 Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) unit. Replace batteries if needed.

Period Of Performance: Performance period for this contract will be no more than 30 days from the date of award and will run continuously for 2 months with the provision for 1 extension(s) of this contract for an additional 1-month period.

Place Of Performance: Carson City District Office, 5665 Morgan Mill Road, Carson City NV. 89701

Specific Requirements: The contractor shall perform the following tasks:

Inspect all circuit boards, and connections Inspect all power connections Inspect all subassemblies, bridges, and legs for signs of defects and/or stress Inspect all DC and AC capacitors for leakage Inspect all batteries for leakage, low voltage.

Replace any batteries that is deemed no longer serviceable and recycle non-serviceable batteries according to applicable laws and regulations.

Low Battery alarm

Power down UPS Unit. Inspect batteries and other electrical components. Replace batteries if needed. Bring system back on-line.

Fully functional UPS Unit.

GENERAL INFORMATION:

Shipping and Delivery:

Hazardous Materials: The Contractor is required to submit hazardous materials data whenever the supplies being acquired are identified as hazardous materials. The latest version of Federal Standard No. 313 (Material Safety Data Sheet, Preparation and Submission of) includes criteria for identification of hazardous materials. Hazardous material data (Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)) shall be submitted by the Contractor prior to contract award if hazardous materials are expected to be used during contract performance.

1.1. Schedule: The Contractor shall work during normal duty hours between 0800 – 1630 Monday- Friday. The Contractor shall not work during Federal holidays as listed below, if the holiday falls on a Saturday, it is observed on Friday. The Contractor shall not work when Carson City District Office is officially closed by the District Manager or their acting, or under an emergency, or special event service.

Site Clean-Up and Restoration: The contractor shall ensure the work site areas and around the work site are free of any debris and materials upon completion of work each day, as well as at the completion of the job. The Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of all materials and equipment at the completion of the job.

GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY (GFP) AND SERVICES:

No Government furnish property. Contractor will provide all parts and labor.
