The contractor shall service all units three times weekly (recommended schedule: Monday, Thursday, Saturday), including pumping, cleaning, sanitizing, restocking of toilet paper and hand sanitizer/soap dispensers, and disinfectant wiping of interior surfaces. Vandalized or deficient units must be repaired or replaced within 24 hours. All units must be natural colored (green, brown, or gray), secured against tipping, and free from graffiti. ADA units must fully comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act and Architectural Barriers Act, with accessible placement from designated parking areas. The contractor must use skilled, trained, and supervised personnel; comply with OSHA, NPS, and industry safety standards; and report incidents immediately to the Contracting Officer's Representative. The contract type is Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and award will be made on a best-value basis considering price, past performance, and ability to meet service requirements. The NPS reserves the right to add additional sites through formal contract modifications as conditions warrant.
