All solid waste shall be transferred out of the park in covered or enclosed trailers or trucks to prevent solid waste from flying out. Any loose solid waste lying on the ground within the immediate area around the dumpsters shall be picked up and placed in the transfer vehicle at the same time the dumpsters are emptied.
