The SOW establishes requirements for contractor support across all program phases of the Persistent Maritime Unmanned Aircraft (PMUAS) systems, including the Keyed Broad Area Maritime Surveillance Airborne Recorder (K-BAR), K-BAR Docking Station, ancillary equipment, and Weapon Replaceable Assemblies (WRAs). The primary deliverable is the Multi-Platform Encryptor (KG-204) product (Part Number 02-2849757-2), along with associated repair, rework, and maintenance support services. Each individual Call under the BPA will be fully funded and identify specific commercial items and quantities to be procured.
The Contractor shall perform production, repair of repairable components, and rework services in accordance with its standard commercial practices and ISO-9001 procedures. Repair services are provided on a one-time fixed-price basis with a 90-day workmanship and material warranty. The Contractor must implement counterfeit parts mitigation processes, source materials only from authorized manufacturers or approved suppliers, and report any counterfeit or suspect counterfeit materials to the Contracting Officer and GIDEP. Government Furnished Property may be provided and must be managed in accordance with applicable regulations. All deliverables include a Certificate of Conformance (CDRL A001) submitted per standard commercial practices and, for repair services, a Repair Report (CDRL A002). Documentation shall be compatible with Microsoft Office formats unless otherwise specified, with delivery dates falling on weekends or holidays deferred to the next regular working day.
