GLEN CANYON NATIONAL RECREATION AREA

INTERP STEAM TRAILER, REMOVE WRAP AND PAINT

Statement of Work

NATIONAL PARK SERVICE

1.0 Background

The Glen Canyon National Recreation Area (NPS) Interpretive branch has a 30-foot trailer that is for visitor interpretive services. It is referenced as the STEAM trailer. The trailer is wrapped with a graphic wrap that is peeling, faded and damaged from the weather.

2.0 Scope of Work:

The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and facilities necessary to remove the wrap from the trailer, paint the trailer white masked, green striping paint in a shade compatible with the standard used by the National Park Service, and add NPS logos. If during the period of performance, the NPS can procure the appropriate decals to add to the trailer after the painting and striping, the vendor will add the Arrowheads in designated locations.

3.0 Deliverables:

The NPS will deliver the trailer to the vendor within 125 miles of Page AZ for the work. The NPS will pick up the trailer when the work is completed. At a minimum this will include removal of the wrap, painting, taping, and striping the trailer. Contractor shall provide disposal of all waste from this task. If the vendor is outside of 125 miles provide pickup and delivery costs separately.

The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing all software and resources for the project.

4.0 Place of Performance

The Contractor will conduct this work at the Contractor’s site.

5.0 Period of Performance

The period of performance is set as April 11, 2024 through May 31, 2024.
