The specified equipment brand is American Standard or equivalent, with all substitutions requiring detailed documentation of performance equivalency, compatibility, and manufacturer coordination. The contractor must complete a post-award site visit with physical measurements, submit a technical proposal addressing personnel, construction schedule, safety procedures, field verification processes, and equipment specifications. All permitting and associated costs are the contractor's responsibility. The contract performance period is 60 calendar days from Notice to Proceed, with work restricted to weekday hours from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday, excluding National Park Service holidays and weekends without prior approval. The contractor must provide one-year compressor warranty and five-year parts warranty (commercial industry standard), complete waste management and disposal documentation, and maintain the building's architectural and structural integrity throughout construction. Payment will be processed upon project completion via electronic invoicing at www.ipp.gov. A Contractor Safety Plan and construction specifications conforming to referenced industry standards (AHRI, AMCA, ASME, ASTM, MSS, NFPA) are required.
