About this file
This Statement of Work (SOW) details a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for photography and video services for the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Fire External Affairs National Office from May 2025 through April 2028. The contract requires contractors to capture comprehensive visual content across BLM Fire program activities, including wildland fire suppression, fire preparedness, fuels management, station operations, and equipment documentation across multiple geographic regions (Alaska, Northwest, California, Great Basin, Rocky Mountain, Southwest).
Specific requirements include producing high-resolution digital photos and video footage meeting professional broadcast standards, with strict metadata documentation requirements. Contractors must adhere to safety guidelines outlined in the Interagency Standards for Fire and Fire Aviation Operations, possess appropriate personal protective equipment, and be prepared to work up to 10 hours daily in challenging environmental conditions. The government will own all produced media files, with contractors retaining limited rights to use content for publications with prior written approval. Pricing will be based on the supplier's most favored customer rates, and invoicing will occur monthly or upon BPA expiration, with the US Government being tax-exempt.
