21. Schedule
The "Period of Performance" shall be from August 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023. The Cosby Campground is closed from November 1, 2022 to April 2, 2023. Pre-Construction meeting shall be scheduled the first week in August of 2022, with Notice-to-Proceed no later than September 1, 2022. Proposed on-site work shall commence any time after November 1, 2022, and all proposed work in the Campground area shall be complete by February 28, 2023. The contractor shall provide a realistic schedule for the completion of the proposed work; and notify the Park if there is not sufficient time in the schedule prior to accepting the contract. Note that trees cannot be cut down prior to November 15 due to the potential presence of the Indiana Bat. The Site Survey does not show any trees (trees are considered as any tree over 12-inches in diameter), so this should not impact the project.

23. Referenced Documents
The Design Plans and Specifications for the "Cosby Campground Water Tank and Pump Line Replacement Project". Note, the proposed project initially included a second water tank and a new pump line from the Well House to the new water tank, as well as upgrading the existing gravel drive with a new driving surface. Due to various internal issues, the proposed "Options" on the plans, including a second water tank, the pump line from the Well House, and resurfacing the entire gravel drive, will not be included with or exercised as part of this project.
