About this file

This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) template to be used in the evaluation of a federal contract opportunity for A-E Services to Design a Warm Storage Facility at Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), Alaska.

The PPQ requests information on the contractor's past performance, including contract details, customer information, and an assessment of the contractor's quality, cost control, responsiveness, and personnel qualifications across several performance criteria. The questionnaire is intended to be completed by the customer/agency that previously contracted with the firm. The completed PPQ will be used to assess the contractor's ability to meet the requirements of the new contract opportunity. The solicitation number is A036817-1 and the contract will be awarded on a best-value basis, with increased emphasis on past performance. The construction project will be executed in-house by the government after the design is completed by the selected A-E contractor.
