About this file

This is a DD Form 1423-1, Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), which is a federal form used to specify data deliverables required from contractors during contract performance. The form documents one data item requirement: an Invoice Reference Spreadsheet (Data Item A004) to be submitted with each delivered invoice under contract PWS Para 4.6.4. The requiring office is USAISEC, and the spreadsheet must be delivered to the Technical Monitor, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), and Contracting Officer. The spreadsheet is required per invoice on an ongoing basis throughout contract performance, beginning with the first invoice for the task order.

The spreadsheet must be developed in Microsoft Excel using 12-point Arial font and delivered via email as a soft copy attachment. Content requirements include invoice number, Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) submission reference, project notification number or task number, task description, and detailed current and cumulative invoice charges by line item, including SLIN, labor hours, labor costs (loaded), travel costs (loaded), material costs (loaded), other direct costs (loaded), supporting documentation page numbers, cost, fee, and invoice total. Overall task order summary figures for each category must also be provided. The contractor may add additional columns or fields as needed. The form indicates this is Group IV pricing (minimal contractor effort), with no estimated cost assigned for this data item requirement. Three copies total are required: one draft and one final copy each to the Technical Monitor, COR, and Contracting Officer.
