About this file
This is a Statement of Work for a video podcast project to be executed by the Drug Enforcement Administration's Community Outreach and Prevention Support (CPO) division in partnership with a vendor. The vendor must perform five primary tasks between July 1, 2026, and March 31, 2027. Task 1 requires production of 10 biweekly original podcast episodes ranging from 25–40 minutes in length, beginning July 2026 and concluding March 2027. Task 2 involves creating short-form video content repurposing podcast material into YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram Reels for weekly engagement and expanded youth audience reach. Task 3 requires coordinating placement of podcast episodes on the contractor's YouTube channel (targeting 1 million-plus views) and facilitating DEA digital banner ads and PSAs across Google and YouTube platforms (targeting 14 million-plus impressions), while linking www.justthinktwice.com and www.operationprevention.com to the podcast episodes. Task 4 involves consulting with DEA's CPO subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and appropriate prevention messaging. Task 5 requires delivery of a final analytics report documenting total media impressions, reach, and impact metrics. All contractor personnel must meet security and trustworthiness standards, with DEA reserving the right to conduct background screening or investigation and requiring escort protocols for any DEA facility access.
