About this file

This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the procurement of TruLink Portable Transceivers by the Minnesota Air National Guard's 133rd Airlift Wing. The requirement specifies 20 units of TruLink Portable Transceivers (Part Number: 780-1000-001-CF0095-M28) to support aeromedical evacuation operations. The transceivers must be approved by Air Mobility Command (AMC) as safe-to-fly equipment and must be included on the Aeromedical Evacuation In-Flight medical kits table of allowance 887A version 7. The units must provide wireless communication capabilities between transceivers without interfering with other communications systems, and must be small, lightweight, and easy to carry to avoid impeding crew movement, aircraft configuration tasks, patient care delivery, and medical emergency response.

All materials must comply with the SOW and industry standards, with a minimum one-year warranty required. This procurement is being solicited as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W50S7E26QA007, set-aside 100% for small businesses under NAICS code 334220 (with a 1,250-employee size standard). Quotes must remain valid through 30 September 2026, and award will be made to the offeror offering the best value to the Government. Technical inquiries should be directed to SMSgt Jason Mosher, Contracting Officer, at the Minnesota Air National Guard Base in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
