About this file

This statement of work outlines requirements for upgrading audiovisual equipment in an assembly room at the 133rd Airlift Wing of the Minnesota Air National Guard. The project requires installing three laser projectors with at least 5000 lumens and 20,000 hours of life, as well as ceiling mounts. Three motorized projection screens must be wired to wall-mounted analog switches in the audiovisual closet. Bidders may either replace the screen fabric on the existing screens or replace the entire screens and housings with new 16:9 format motorized flush mount screens. Additional requirements include installing audiovisual input jacks in three locations and ensuring the existing wireless microphone system continues functioning after installation. Bidders must remove and dispose of old equipment, completing the new installation and testing with contracting personnel. A minimum one-year warranty is required on all materials and workmanship. Technical questions should be directed to the listed contracting officers and specialist from the 133rd Airlift Wing and the Minnesota Air National Guard.
