About this file
This is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the Minnesota Air National Guard's 133rd Airlift Wing, seeking six medical training simulators for medical staff training. The required equipment is the iSimulate REALITi360 Medical Monitor (or equivalent), which must comprehensively simulate medical monitoring and emergency scenarios across multiple patient types and conditions. Each simulator package must include a complete vitals monitor, defibrillator, and ventilator system with specific capabilities such as WiFi connectivity, iPad tablet remote controls, multiple medical equipment screen simulations (including Zoll Propaq M, Zoll Propaq MD, and Impact 731 Uni-vent EMV+), and advanced patient scenario simulation features.
The associated federal contract opportunity (Solicitation Number W50S7E-25-Q-0006) is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, targeting small businesses primarily but also open to other than small businesses. The procurement will be evaluated on best value using criteria including price, technical acceptability, equipment capabilities, delivery time, and past performance. Vendors must be registered in SAM.gov, provide tax ID, CAGE Code, and UEI, and submit quotes electronically to the Contracting Officer. The government intends to issue one contract but reserves the right to consider partial or multiple awards, with quotes due by the solicitation's close date.
