About this file

This Statement of Work from the Minnesota Air National Guard's 133rd Airlift Wing outlines requirements for six medical vitals monitor and defibrillator simulator packages for training purposes. Each package must include an all-in-one vitals monitor, defibrillator, AED, and ventilator simulator with screens that mimic multiple common brands including Zoll, Phillips, and Schiller.

The systems must be WiFi-capable and include two tablets - one for the proctor to control scenarios remotely and one for trainee patient monitoring. Key capabilities include creating custom scenarios, chart functions with radiology reports and ECGs, various medical condition simulations (bronchospasm, pneumothorax, pulmonary embolism), neonate through adult ventilation, controllable ECG waveforms, vital signs parameters, and lung condition scenarios. The equipment must be portable by one person and comes with a minimum one-year warranty. This unrestricted solicitation (W50S7E-25-Q-0003) will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price contract based on best value, considering price, technical acceptability, capabilities, delivery time, and past performance. The NAICS code is 339112 with a 1,000-employee size standard.
