Full Load Elevator Tests

The Contractor shall perform all work as specified in the individual Task

Orders. For all identified deficiencies, the

Contractor will be allowed to reperform if the

Task Order and contract specifications allow.

Any test deemed questionable, inaccurate, or out of scope shall be reanalyzed at no cost to the

USACE.

The inspector will get a copy of the Task Order, scope of work, and technical instruments needed to verify work and record all aspects of the work on an inspection checklist form. The contractor will be informed of deficiencies in his performance.

100% inspection of work by
