All new equipment must be from the Linx brand to ensure compatibility with existing retained components including amplifiers, loudspeakers, Shure ULXD wireless microphone system, display systems, and projection systems. The DSP must integrate with existing equipment, and the Control Processor must align with current platform standards. Testing requirements include commissioning and signal flow verification, full system functionality testing for audio performance and control responsiveness, and safety inspection. Delivery and installation shall be coordinated with the technical point-of-contact at JFHQ Auditorium with project completion desired as soon as possible. Quality assurance requires brand new items and professional installation to industry standards, with technical point-of-contact acceptance prior to final invoice payment. A brief end-user training session at closeout is required.
