About this file

This Performance Work Statement (PWS) details the requirements for Gatehouse Overhead Crane Repair and Hoist(s) Inspections at Grenada Lake for the US Army Corps of Engineers. The contractor must provide labor, tools, equipment, transportation, and materials to repair an overhead crane and perform inspections on three hoists. Due to the crane's age, DESHAZO is specifically requested to fabricate brake parts, as they are the only vendor familiar with the equipment.

Key requirements include completing work within 180 days of purchase order receipt, operating between 0700-1630 hours Monday through Friday, and maintaining site cleanliness during the project. Extensive security requirements are outlined, including mandatory Antiterrorism Level 1 training, E-Verify program compliance, and potential background checks for contract personnel. Invoices should be mailed to the USACE Grenada Lake Field Office, with Roy K. Gaskin serving as the point of contact for delivery arrangements.
