About this file

This document is a Statement of Work (SOW) for the five-year overhaul inspection and recertification of 8 Life Rafts (Hard 7's, FLO 3330-AD) for the Minnesota Army National Guard.

The SOW outlines the required tasks for the 5-year inspection, including incoming inspection, case visual inspection, functional testing, inflation system overhaul, CO2 cylinder inspection and rebuild, markings inspection, leakage testing, survival kit inspection, and final packaging. The work will be performed in 4 phases over a 12-month period, with 2 rafts serviced every 3 months. The contractor is required to furnish all materials and equipment, and provide the recertified rafts within 4 weeks of receipt. The shipping address is provided.

This SOW is associated with a Request for Quote (RFQ) solicitation from the Department of the Army Minnesota Army National Guard for the 5-year inspection and recertification of 30 Life Rafts. The contractor will service 2 rafts per quarter until all 30 are completed. The RFQ provides the same schedule details as the SOW.
