2. Remove and replace existing reception desk. This includes construction of a new partition wall with sliding window, new desks, a new overhead light fixture, and a half door between the treatment area and the reception desk.

This includes construction of a new partition wall, new door and hardware, moving the existing television and magazine racks, new overhead light fixtures within the new office space and adjacent to the new office space within the reception area, moving the receptacle to a more accessible place within the office, and provision of a data port to the new office space.

4. Install new cabinetry within exam rooms.

5. Construct new closet within exam room 1. This includes construction of a new partition wall with door, relocation of existing overhead light fixture, installation of new track shelving units, and removal of medical air station and capping existing pipe and tubing.

6. Construct new nurse station within the treatment suite. This includes construction of a new partition with tinted privacy glass and provision of power and data receptacles within the nurse station.

7. Replace door hardware at existing entrance door to corridor.
