About this file

This is an Amendment of Solicitation/Modification of Contract issued by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for Fatherhood Education & Workforce Development Services. The amendment, numbered 0001, was issued on June 4, 2026, with an effective date of June 11, 2026, and responds to offeror questions regarding the RFQ 9594CS26Q0046.

The document consists primarily of a Questions and Answers section addressing nine inquiries from potential offerors. Key information disclosed includes: the incumbent contractor is A Father's Place Prince George County, Inc., with a previous award amount of $79,316.64; offerors headquartered outside the Washington Metropolitan Area are eligible if they demonstrate operational presence in the DMV area through a local teaming partner or subcontractor; small businesses may partner with other organizations subject to FAR 52.212-5(b)(23) limitations on subcontracting; there will be no bidders' conference; and evaluation factors are addressed in RFQ section M.2 Order of Importance. The amendment clarifies that CSOSA does not maintain a vendor outreach list and directs interested parties to check sam.gov for future agency requirements. The offer receipt date has been extended, and the contractor is required to sign and return one copy of the amendment to the issuing office.
