About this file
This is an Amendment of Solicitation (Amendment A00001) issued by the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) for RFQ #9594CS26Q0036 concerning ISCU Drug Testing Supplies. The amendment was effective June 12, 2026, and was issued by CSOSA's Office of Procurement located at 800 N. Capitol Street, Floor 6, Washington, D.C. 20002, with Lawrence Durden serving as the point of contact.
The amendment provides responses to vendor questions submitted during the RFQ question and answer period. Quoters responding to this RFQ must submit only three specific documents: Attachment A-1 (Cover Letter), Attachment A-2 (Pricing Schedule Worksheet provided by the Government), and a signed copy of the amendment. Failure to provide these exact documents or submission of quoter-substituted versions will render the quote unresponsive. One technical question was addressed: whether all drug testing supplies must be U.S. made under the Buy American Act (BAA). The government clarified that BAA compliance is not required for this requirement. The solicitation does not specify an extended or shortened deadline for receipt of offers.
