AMENDMENT 4
The following provides question and answer regarding this solicitation;
Q. In the Government’s response to questions (CFPB Legal Support Services, Solicitation 9531CB20R0009, Amendment 0002), an update was made in C.2.11, providing a Statement of Equivalent Rates for Federal Hires for Paralegals I – IV. The monetary wage-fringe benefits provide by government estimates are substantially higher than the SCA WD’s provided in the section above (C.2.10). Is it Government’s intent that all bidders adhere to Paralegal compensation levels provided in the equivalent wage-benefit rates for federal hires provided in C.2.11 when providing fully burdened rates?
A. For solicitations and contracts subject to Service Contract Act (and over $2,500), the Act requires inclusion of information regarding the rates that would be paid service workers expected to be employed if they were Federal employees. The clause is incorporated for informational purposes only. Proposers should not rely on this information in preparing proposals or as a wage determination/classification guideline in any manner. Proposers are required to use the DOL Wage Determinations when providing fully-burdened rates.
