About this file

This document is an addendum to a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the Florida Department of Transportation for the procurement of Florida's Advanced Traveler Information System (ATIS) Marketing. The addendum provides written responses to written inquiries received from potential bidders. It clarifies aspects of the evaluation process, such as the composition of the Technical Review Committee (TRC), the weight of the price structure in scoring, and the handling of price submissions. The RFP has a bid/proposal opening date of June 20, 2023, at 10:00 AM local time, and the contract is for a duration of one year with the possibility of renewals.

Regarding pricing, the addendum indicates that the maximum points awarded for the price structure is 10 points, and the price proposals, personnel classifications, and loaded hourly rates will be evaluated as outlined in the solicitation document. There is an incumbent firm that had previously worked on this RFP, but no public access is available to past proposal submissions. The budget for the current contract is $1,000,000.
