This is a standby services agreement. The execution of an Agreement does not guarantee the Contractor any minimum quantity of services, minimum expenditure, minimum number of deployments, or minimum duration of work. Services shall be performed only when authorized by the City through a Notice to Proceed (“NTP”), Contract Release Order, Purchase Order, or other written authorization issued in accordance with the Agreement. The City may issue an NTP for all or a portion of the services described in this Scope of Services. The Contractor shall perform only those services authorized by the applicable NTP, Contract Release Order, Purchase Order, or other written authorization.

The Contractor shall perform the Work in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements and applicable FEMA Public Assistance requirements and guidance in effect for the disaster event.
