About this file
This document is a Minimum Insurance Requirements form from Broward County's Natural Resources Division for the Furnish and Delivery of 2026 Clean Air Calendar project. The document outlines specific insurance coverage requirements for the contractor, including General Liability, Auto Liability, Worker's Compensation, and Employer's Liability. The form notes that no proof of insurance is required if delivery will be by common carrier.
The insurance requirements specify minimum liability limits, with General Liability and Auto Liability both set at $500,000 per occurrence and in aggregate. Worker's Compensation is to be at statutory limits, with Employer's Liability set at $100,000 per accident. The document emphasizes that Broward County is to be an additional insured, with the contractor's insurance providing primary coverage. A waiver of subrogation applies in favor of Broward County, and for Claims-Made policies, insurance must be maintained and evidence provided for at least three years after contract completion.
