The project involves creating Power BI data visualization dashboards, with key modifications including extending the Purchase Order term to 1/15/2026 and the initial draft submission deadline to 1/5/2026. The services can be performed remotely within the Contiguous United States, and the Offeror has discretion on the number of personnel assigned. Key personnel must have at least three years of experience with Microsoft Power BI, and federal references are acceptable for demonstrating experience.
The procurement has a maximum budget threshold of $100,000.00, with no specific MBE/VSBE goals. Offerors can submit as prime and sub-contractors, and references from ongoing contracts are accepted. The evaluation criteria are not equally weighted, with technical proposals receiving sixty (60) points and financial proposals receiving forty (40) points. Payment schedule will be determined after Purchase Order issuance, with the AOC only paying for rendered services. Proposals will be submitted through a Procurement Portal with a maximum file upload size of 1GB, and electronic signatures are permitted. There is no incumbent currently performing these services, and no specific award date has been established.
