About this file
This document is a Procedural Justice Survey for Problem-Solving Courts, designed to gather participant feedback on their experiences with various court personnel and processes. The survey is structured across six sections, focusing on interactions with the judge, case manager, supervising officer, treatment staff, treatment court coordinator, and overall court staff. Participants are asked to rate their experiences on dimensions such as fairness, professionalism, equality, trustworthiness, and perceived care, using a Likert scale ranging from "Strongly Agree" to "Strongly Disagree" with an option for "N/A".
The survey also includes a comprehensive demographics section collecting information on participants' ethnicity, race, gender, age, education level, household income, and military service status. This data is intended to help evaluate whether the court is serving diverse populations equitably. The final section provides an open-ended opportunity for additional feedback, with a reminder that responses will be shared with the treatment court team. The document appears to be part of a systematic approach to assessing procedural justice and participant perceptions within problem-solving court environments, likely aimed at improving court processes, staff interactions, and overall participant experience.
