Responses to RFIs

1. Based on the fact that the Government changed the NAICS code from 541310 to

541330 does this mean that the contract will be procured in accordance with Public law

92-582, The Brooks Act and FAR part 36.6? After reviewing the North American Industry

Classification Systems (NAICS) definition of 541330 Engineering Services the definition does not crossed reference 541310 Architectural Services. Please address.

The NAICS code listed on FBO.gov originally listed 541330 while the RFQ attachment incorrectly listed 541310. Amendment 1 corrected the NAICS in the attachment but did not change the way in which the IDIQ will be procured. It will still be procured in accordance with Public law 92-582, The Brooks Act and FAR part 36.6.

2. Is there a requirement that the Engineers and Architect be licensed in each state listed in the RFQ or at least in one of the states listed?

The key personnel can be licensed in any state if they hold reciprocity to be licensed in the states listed in the RFQ.

3. Is it a requirement that the Fire Protection Engineers be licensed or certified, and if so, by what standard?

Preferable, but not a requirement.

4. There are two contracting addresses throughout the solicitation one in Denver and one in Wyoming. Which one is the correct one?

The Denver address is the correct one.
