8(a) STARS III Highlights
On August 9, 2019, GSA issued draft solicitation 47QTCH19N0001 and requested feedback on that document. There are no plans to publish specific responses to the questions and comments received in response to the draft. All comments and suggestions were considered and they helped inform the final version of the solicitation. The purpose of this document is to provide a brief overview of select areas in the final solicitation, especially where it differs from the draft. More specific information will be available in the official solicitation. Please wait for the request for proposals (RFP) to be released, and carefully read the entire document before submitting questions to s3@gsa.gov, as the RFP is the official solicitation.
