Offerors must ensure that their company is registered at the following on-line database:
System for Award Management (SAM): https://sam.gov/
NOTE: Due to the high demand of UEI requests and SAM registrations, entity legal business name and address validations are taking longer than expected to process. Entities should start the UEI and SAM registration process as soon as possible. If entities have technical difficulties with the UEI validation or SAM registration process, they should utilize the HELP feature on SAM.gov. SAM.gov will work entity service tickets in the order in which they are received and asks that entities not create multiple service tickets for the same request or technical issue. Additional entity validation resources can be found here: GSAFSD Tier 0 Knowledge Base - Validating your Entity
2. Communication with Industry
All questions or comments must be submitted in writing via email to both tamra.barela@nnsa.doe.gov and Samantha.sartori@nnsa.doe.gov no later than 8:00 AM Mountain Time on August 7 July 23, 2025. Offerors are responsible for monitoring FedConnect at: https://www.fedconnect.net and the System for Award Management (SAM) Contract Opportunities at https://sam.gov/ for any amendments, special notices, questions and answers or other pertinent information as related to the RFP.
This RFP does not commit the Government to award a contract, nor does it obligate the Government for costs incurred in the preparation and submittal of proposals in anticipation of a contract or comments in response to this RFP.
Where an Offeror chooses to request, from a Federal civil service employee at NNSA, the submission of a past performance questionnaire on its behalf, please be advised that a Confidentiality Certificate has been issued in conjunction with this solicitation.
