About this file
This is an amendment to a solicitation issued by the Department of Energy National Nuclear Security Administration for the acquisition of two rotary wing aircraft in support of the NNSA Office of Nuclear Incident Response. The amendment notifies offerors that the competitive range has been established and that the government intends to enter into discussions. It clarifies that the mandatory specifications in CLIN 001 are target requirements rather than fixed, and changes the name to "significant requirements." Offerors in the competitive range will receive an evaluation notice detailing weaknesses and will have the opportunity to submit a final proposal revision by November 23, 2021. Responses to the evaluation notices are due by November 16, 2021.
