vi.Agree at the time of submitting its Bid that no further examinations, investigations, explorations, tests, studies, or data are necessary for the determination of its Bid for performance of the Work at the price bid and within the times and in accordance with the other terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents;

vii.If applicable, become aware of the general nature of the work to be performed by OWNER and others at the Site that relates to the Work as indicated in the Bidding Documents;

xi.The Bidder shall visit the worksite and become thoroughly acquainted with the working conditions under which the work must be performed or under which goods must be used. The Contractor shall not at any time claim a misunderstanding of the nature of the work, the goods to be used, or the working conditions to be encountered.
