Q&A #2

Section 9 refers to the Acceptable Quality Levels (AQL). Can more detail be provided on how this is applied and how this is measured?

The Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) is set at 100% compliance measured against the standards identified in the referenced “Performance Standards” column. The Patching and Upgrades row for example, refers to the Patching Level Expectations described in paragraph 7 of the PWS. Each Category of Vulnerability has a mitigation Response time or range we expect to be accomplished 100% of the time.

I realized the Performance Standard column had some errors in the paragraph or section it referenced within the PWS. I am attaching an updated table with the correct references. Please let me know if there are any more specifics needed on what is expected

Section 5.a describes the initial discovery process site visits. Are those included or in addition to Section 6 CLIN 004 for Travel? In other words, are the initial discovery trips part of the 8 trips x 2 sites or should they be added to CLIN 004 for 9 trips x 2 sites?

For Section 6/5.a: We estimated 1 trip quarterly for maintenance, and 1 trip quarterly for emergency call-outs per site for a total number of trips at 16. You can add travel costs to this CLIN for 5.a as well but please note the intention of those additional trip costs for assessment.
