1. DESCRIPTION

The 309 Missile Maintenance Group (MMXG) requires the purchase of two (2) Launch

Control Center (LCC) Shock Isolation Test Tower (SITT) Tilt Carts. The LCC cart is a hydraulic maintenance stand for lifting and positioning heavy items being worked on in the

Shock Isolation (SI) Facility. The stand allows for 360 degree of movement that is vital for repairs and testing of assets on the SITT. The LCC carts will require testing be performed by the Contractor upon delivery.

2. BASIC SERVICE

2.1. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, materials, services, transportation, and other items necessary to test the LCC carts once received by the Government to ensure functionality.

2.2. The Contractor shall submit a Military Critical Technical Data Agreement (DD 2345) for approval prior to the review of drawings.

2.3. Period of performance is within 24 weeks after award of contract. If there are delays in schedule, the contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer (CO) via email with the reason and justification for delay. Earlier delivery is acceptable.

3. REQUIREMENT LIST

4. GOVERNMENT FURNISHED PROPERTY AND FACILITIES

4.1. The Government will provide all required drawings for manufacturing needs to the contractor as government furnished property.

4.2. The Contractor shall be responsible for safeguarding all government components provided under this contract upon receipt of the LCC SI SITT Tilt Carts and until return shipment to Government facility is accepted.

4.3. Government Furnished Equipment will not be provided.

4.4. The Government will assist the contractor in processing the necessary forms to access government facilities and property.

5. GENERAL INFORMATION

5.1. Special Qualifications

5.1.1. The Contractor shall be familiar with, and have skilled technicians, who are trained to manufacture and service Hydraulic Carts.

5.2. Safety

5.2.1. The Contractor shall conform to safety requirements while on Government facilities.

5.3. Shipping

5.3.1. The Contractor shall provide all means of transportation to and from Hill AFB at no additional cost to the government.

5.4. WARRANTY

5.4.1. The Contractor shall provide a one year warranty covering all parts and labor at no cost to the government.
