The following documents have been determined to be Sensitive But Unclassified (SBU) and shall be controlled IAW NID 1600-55, NASA Security Program Procedural Requirements:

By requesting an account you acknowledge that all information gained from the Electronic Library will be used only for the purposes of developing a proposal for the LSC.

Only one account request per company will be allowed.

Follow the steps below to Request Access:

After clicking the link, the following menu should appear.

Click on the GO_HERE_FIRST Folder (click the folder icon to the left of the folder name).

Then click on the icon to the left of the “Acknowledgement of SBU Information”

Next, click on the Adobe or Disk icon. The following prompt should appear.

This form needs to be filled in, signed, and attached to the system generated email for request account access. Instructions are in the next step.

After downloading the “Acknowledgement_of_SBU_Information.pdf” click the folder icon next to the left of GO HERE FIRST. The following screen should appear.

Now click the icon next to Request_Account.

Then click the question mark or disk icon. A partially pre-populated system generated email should appear containing the following items that are required to be filled in: Company Name, Company Address, DUNS, CAGE, POC Name, Email Address, and U.S. Citizen (Yes or No).

After the information is filled-in on the system generated email, attach the “Acknowledgement of SBU Information” and send the email.

NOTE: Your account submission may take up to 24 hours to review. On weekends and federal holidays, please wait until the next business day.

If access is approved, a username and password will be sent via email (username and password will be sent in separate emails) to the POC that submitted the request.

Follow the steps below to access Electronic Library Solicitation Documents:

After access has been granted (a username and password has been received) using the procedures described above, click the link for the technical library: https://lsc.ssc.nasa.gov/TechLibrary.asp

After clicking the link, the following menu should appear.

Click the folder icon to the left of 80SSC020R0002 Solicitation Documents”. All solicitation documents are located in this folder.

To open a document, click the folder icon to the left of the document name. For example, in the screen below the 80SSC020R0002 Draft SF 1449 with continuation pages folder was selected.

Then the white paper icon was clicked, which brings you down to the PDF/disk icon. Click either of those icons to download the document. After clicking either icon for the first time in a session, you will be prompted to input your username and password. The username and password will only need to be entered once per session.
