As stated in National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) John C. Stennis

Space Center (SSC) solicitation 80SSC020R0002, Attachments 3 and 21 are classified as

NASA Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU). SBU material must be handled and protected as instructed in NID 1600-55, NASA Security Program Procedural Requirements, Sensitive but Unclassified (SBU) Controlled Information, Section 5.24.
