About this file

This is a Request for Information (RFI) issued by NASA's Shared Services Center (NSSC) regarding a potential natural gas supply contract for the Stennis Space Center in Mississippi. The RFI seeks to conduct market research and determine industry capabilities for an uninterruptible natural gas supply to the center's existing metering station, with delivery points at the North Fee Area Boundary and an additional location to be determined later.

Key requirements include that the successful offeror must have a current transportation agreement with Gulf South Pipeline Company, LP, and include applicable pipeline charges in monthly invoices. NASA intends to incorporate Economic Price Adjustments for Standard Supplies due to price volatility. Interested vendors must submit electronic responses to Desiree Vogt and Kimberly Thomas by July 3, 2025. The RFI emphasizes that this is solely for information gathering, does not constitute a solicitation, and will not result in immediate contract award. Vendors will bear all costs associated with responding, and submission is voluntary.
